This project presents an opportunity to demonstrate the many abilities and core strengths in E&M engineering of Balfour Beatty E&M in both a Major Infrastructure and Building Services Installation contract. Tunnel ventilation and environmental monitoring system, electrical distribution, fire service and plumbing and drainage in tunnels and buildings.

Scheduled for completion in September 2006. Balfour Beatty and Lam Joint Venture Partners are constructing a new Terminus and Station at Lok Ma Chau. Balfour Beatty E&M are undertaking the complete Building Services.
