Balfour Beatty E&M are principally engaged in the electrical and mechanical and building services installations for the construction of major infrastructure and building projects which include airports, railway stations, offices, roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, and power stations.  Our capabilities include the management, engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of HV and LV electrical power equipment and distribution systems, lighting and small power systems, mechanical ventilation and airconditioning systems, fire protection systems, plumbing and drainage systems.

We also provide local support for our sister specialist operations from UK such as Power Transmission Networks and E&M facilities management and maintenance.

We currently employ over a hundred experienced professional and technical engineering staff.  Our technical staff roster includes E&M engineers who are experienced in building, infrastructure and all types of construction projects.  Aside from our head office function, which includes the management, tendering team and supporting administrative staff, our engineers are deployed directly to various project sites to ensure each projects' implementation is carried out in an efficient and timely manner to meet each of our Customers requirements.
