We employ over 100 E&M staff which are part of the 2,000 permanent staff of the Gammon Group.  Over 50% of our staff have a Diploma or higher academic qualification.  Our technical staff consist also of Registered Electrical Workers, Licensed Plumbers, Qualified Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors, and various other local qualifications to ensure that all specialist tasks are carried out by properly trained and experienced engineering staff to meet our own high safety standards and to fulfill all local statutory requirements.

This approach has enabled us to develop a "right first time" culture and has allowed us to provide strong team-oriented project teams that deliver a focused partnering spirit to our E&M projects throughout Hong Kong.
